Throughout the last week of October, from the English department we have carried out different activities, in all courses, to learn about the tradition of Halloween.
In I5, we have been working on vocabulary and songs. One of our favourite songs is "Incy Wincy Spider" and that is why the students made a spider. We practised numbers and colours as we set the legs of the spider.

In the third year, the students made a ghost with a
lollypop. In the fourth, using a grapefruit, they represented
"jack-o-lantern" (pumpkin with a painted face).

This year, students of 3rd of Primary have made a LollyGhost sweet! We have decorated a ghost and made a Halloween card.

Halloween is our great feast in the English class. All this week we've been having great fun.
We started on Monday by getting apples with the mouth (click on the image for more photos)...
... and we listened to a spooky dark, dark story...
Primary second children have managed to cut out their spooky Halloween skeleton. How many bones do they need to assemble to really feel panic...?
Kids from Primary first have had a great time being these terrifying monsters !!
They have told us who they are and they have acted very well, for that reason they have been rewarded with a candy flavored with fear. Spooky!!

Coronavirus cannot stop us from carving our traditional Halloween pumpkin. Students had great fun, and some of the pumpkins are a real masterpiece.
